Overview
Normally, a page like
this would start something like this, "The U.S. Coast Guard
Auxiliary is the civilian, volunteer, non-military arm of the
U.S. Coast Guard..." However, this is a major-section-page
template. Use it to:
- Create a major
section page with an example of hotlinked
table-of-contents right after the map title as an
"aid to navigation" if you'll pardon the use of
that phrase
- Have ready-built
for you the site-level navigation bars and footers
- You need only
modify the text of the links, set the links themselves,
write the introductory block, and create and set the
counter datafile
- You should think
